System requirements
The shop keeps 2,080 physically simulated bottles in one room, so the graphics card matters more than the processor. A DirectX 12 card is required.

NVIDIA DLSS 4 and AMD FSR 4.1.1 are both supported and are offered to match the card you have. Turning upscaling on is the first thing to try if the frame rate is low.

Common questions
The game runs slowly
Turn on DLSS or FSR in the graphics options — it is the single largest gain. After that, ray-traced shadows are the most expensive setting and the one to switch off first. The heap is physics-bound, so a tidier shop runs faster than a full one.
Where are my saves?
The shop saves itself every ten seconds, misfiled bottles included, and syncs through Steam Cloud. Local save location:Needs inputthe save folder path on Windows
My controller is not working
Xbox, DualShock (USB) and DualSense (USB) controllers are supported, and every control can be rebound in-game. If Steam Input is remapping the pad in a way the game does not expect, try disabling Steam Input for Alchemess in the game's controller properties.
Can I play with a friend who bought it on the other store?
Yes. Cross-play works between Steam and the Epic Games Store. Online co-op needs only a six-character room code — no account, no launcher sign-in, no port forwarding.
The game is not in my language
It ships in English, German, French, Russian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Thai and Portuguese. If yours is not there, every potion name and shelf title is a plain text file, and theLabel Makerwill build you a mod folder in the browser. Community translations load exactly the way the official ones do.
A mod broke my shop
Turn the mod off in the menu and the shop returns to the shipped names. Mods only change text, so nothing you have shelved is lost.
I want a refund
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own policy — Steam's for Steam, Epic's for Epic. We cannot refund a purchase we did not take. See theGame Licence for the detail.

- What happened, and what you expected instead
- What you were doing just before — carrying a bottle, joining a room, opening a menu
- Whether it happens every time, or once
- Your OS, processor and graphics card
- Which store you bought from, and whether you were in single-player, co-op or versus
- Any mods you had enabled
- A screenshot or a short clip, if the problem is something you can see
