Terms of Service
These terms cover this website. The game itself is licensed separately under the End User Licence Agreement, and anything you buy is sold to you by the store you buy it from, not by Techplay Co., Ltd.
1. Who you are dealing with

2. What this site is
An information site about the game Alchemess: Tidy Up Your Potion Shop!. It has no accounts, no checkout and no user submissions. You can read it, follow links from it, and download the press assets it offers. That is the whole service.
We may change, move or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
3. Buying the game
You cannot buy anything here. Purchases happen on Steam (Valve Corporation) or the Epic Games Store (Epic Games, Inc.), under those companies' own terms, and they — not we — are your counterparty for payment, refunds and delivery.
Prices, release dates and features stated on this site are our current intention and not an offer. The store page at the time of purchase governs.
4. Our content
The game, its name, logo, artwork, screenshots, trailer, potion names and the text of this site belong to Techplay Co., Ltd. or its licensors, except where stated.
Press and coverage. Everything in thepress kit may be used free of charge in articles, videos, streams, thumbnails and social posts about the game, including monetised coverage. Please do not alter the logo, and do not present the assets as your own work. That permission covers coverage of the game and nothing else.
Everything else. Do not copy, republish or adapt other parts of this site without asking. Asking is usually enough —write to us.
5. Mods and user-made content
The game reads potion names, shelf titles and bottle words from plain text files, and the Label Maker helps you write them. Anything you write stays yours. You are responsible for what you make and for not distributing material you have no right to distribute.
6. Links away from here
We link to Steam, the Epic Games Store, YouTube and the Label Maker. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you arrive.
7. Liability
We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from using it, or from being unable to use it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and, where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the UK or elsewhere with mandatory consumer-protection rules, this does not deprive you of the protection of those rules or of the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here on the day you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
